Jessica Miyen, a production assistant from Centurion, recently added her name to a growing list of lucky SPAR shoppers after becoming the Celtis Ridge SPAR Grand Prize Winner of a SPAR Limited Edition VW Polo.

On 26 June 2014 Jessica met up with Celtis Ridge SPAR owner Gabriel Goncalves and Retail Operations Manager Christo Fourie to pick up her prize after winning in the national retailer’s annual SPAR-win-a-car competition.

The Promotion ran across all brands within the retailer’s franchise, incorporating SUPERSPAR and KWIKSPAR stores, from 22 April to 8 June 2014.

Jessica, a regular shopper at the Celtis Ridge SPAR outlet, drives a Ford Fiesta and is delighted with her prize and new set of wheels.

“I am really overwhelmed… honestly, I never expected to win, but it is truly a blessing!” said a visibly excited Miss Miyen.

Representing the national retailer’s management and operations, Christo Fourie congratulated Jessica and confirmed that the promotion has been a resounding success. “The response to this competition has been phenomenal, and we are very happy to have made a substantial difference to many of our shoppers during the course of what is a substantial giveaway,” he said.

Gabriel Goncalves wished Jessica all of the very best and said he was pleased that one of his customers beat the odds and was rewarded for their efforts.
