Shoppers at the Moreleta SPAR in Pretoria East now have something extra to look forward to when they frequent their favourite retailer.

Shop owners George Lambrakis and Chris Hajimarkos have purchased national liquor retail brand TOPS and, in addition to the usual competitively priced consumer goods, visitors to the store will also have a choice of the finest wines and access to super premium range of whiskey.

Management took ownership of the new acquisition on 01 June and George Lambrakis is excited about this development in the business.

Lambrakis believes that the SPAR brand has always been synonymous with rich quality foods and value for money, as well as variety. “Today we have extended our business to include a well-known brand through which people can purchase top of the range liquor and other beverages,” he said.

Moreleta SPAR TOPS now has one of the biggest wine ranges imported from Cape Town in Pretoria east.  They have a huge selection available with a network of retail contacts in place to source any goods that may not be immediately available and on request.

“The new store is also more compact and we are very proud of the excellent range of Super Premium Whiskey’s available for our customers,” Lambrakis adds.
