Hands on Treatment in the Cape

Wellness company expands its operation to service high-demand Western Cape

South African wellness specialist and mobile massage company Hands on Treatment has opened up a new branch in Cape Town.

The Cape office is run by director and office manager Natasha Bailey and has been in operation since March this year, but only officially launched in November.

The focus of the business is to provide companies in the Western Cape with a full range of massage and wellness services, particularly employees within the fast-growing call centre environment.

There are approximately 400 call centre operations in the Province and this is an industry well known for consistent and unrelenting pressure.

“Our expertise, skilled personnel and experience makes us an ideal service provider to help employees cope with the pressure and enhance their physical wellbeing,” says Bailey.

Hands on Treatment has chosen to focus on the Call Centre industry because of the strain agents take, particularly in dealing with international clients who require agents to be always available.

The Company is differentiated in the market because of its experience level, its commitment to people development and empowerment.

Hands on Treatment has been a Proudly South African member since 2003 and in
2007 received the Proudly South African best SMME Service award.

It also has a level BEE 4 status and is in the process of obtaining a level BEE 2 status.

The Western Cape is developing as a key area of trade and commerce, with a rich pool of emerging skill sets. It is generally untapped from a high-level people development and wellness point of view – an attractive proposition for Natasha and her colleagues.
