AWM360 to unveil Kaba EACM at Mastering SAP HR & Payroll Conference

AWM360, a leading technology supplier to Human Capital Management (HCM) workforce and HR markets, will use the Mastering SAP HR & Payroll Conference to launch the Kaba EACM (Enterprise Access Control Management) system.

Kaba EACM is a comprehensive access management system and the first to be fully integrated into the SAP system.

AWM360 is the exclusive distributor of Kaba access control and digital security solutions to the Southern Africa market.

Guenter Nerlich, Managing Director of AWM360 Data Systems, says the EACM solution is designed to enable businesses to enable full access control to effectively protect and secure their assets.

“All access rights are directly managed in the SAP organisation management module and form an integral part of businesses processes. Access rights can be easily and automatically assigned according to employee rank,” Nerlich says.

Integration is a straightforward process and no middleware is required. “The system supports SAP infrastructure and because SAP serves as the main interface, it is straightforward to use,” he adds.

All security and access control processes can be automated by linking through to the versatility and power of SAP business workflow features.

Kaba EACM improves efficiency, reduces costs and safeguards investment because of high performance, less training & maintenance, straightforward, manufacturer-independent development, amongst other features.

The Mastering SAP HR & Payroll Conference runs from 2-4 June 2015 and will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Johannesburg. It is considered to be a strategic event on the local SAP ERP running company’s HR and payroll calendar.

It has been established to help businesses get the most out of their SAP investment. It will cover several areas including HR reporting & analytics, optimising HR & time processing, data ownership & management, as well as HR mobility and HCM visualisation.
Mastering SAP HR & Payroll will feature over 36 sessions, including workshops, deep-dives and panel discussions.

“We are very pleased to introduce this solution to delegates at the SAP Conference, an important event that will provide detailed insight into the advantages that Kaba and SAP offers the market,” Nerlich adds.
